RutinIA

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. What RutinIA is

RutinIA is an app to organize your tasks, routines, spending and personal agenda. It is offered by Roberto Moreno Ramos (contact: roberto_mayalde@hotmail.com). By installing or using it you accept these terms.

2. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules and Apple's standard license agreement (EULA). You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, except as permitted by law.

3. Your content and your data

Everything you enter is yours. The app stores it on your device and, if you turn it on, in your iCloud. You are responsible for what you write. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. More details in the Privacy Policy.

4. RutinIA Plus (subscription)

RutinIA is free and offers additional features with the optional RutinIA Plus subscription, monthly or yearly. The price and duration are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase and may vary by country.

5. AI features

RutinIA's suggestions (interpreting sentences, planning the day, answering questions) are calculated on your device and are for guidance only. Always review what is about to be created before confirming. They do not replace your judgment nor constitute professional advice.

6. Backups

We do our best so you don't lose information, but no system is infallible. We recommend keeping iCloud backup on and exporting a copy from time to time. If you uninstall the app without a backup, local data is lost.

7. Financial information

The spending section is a tool for logging and summarizing. It is not financial, tax or accounting advice, and calculations are approximate.

8. Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is”. We may modify it, update it or stop offering it. Some features (such as iCloud or Calendar) depend on services and permissions of your device.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app or for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control. This does not limit the rights that consumer law grants you as a user.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your place of residence.
