RutinIA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

In short: RutinIA has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no trackers. Your tasks, expenses and events are stored on your iPhone and, only if you turn it on, in your private iCloud. The person responsible for the app does not receive or have access to your data.

1. Data controller

The person responsible for the RutinIA app is Roberto Moreno Ramos. For any privacy question you can write to roberto_mayalde@hotmail.com.

3. No tracking and no third parties

RutinIA includes no advertising, no analytics tools, no third-party SDKs that collect data and no mechanisms to track you across apps or websites. We do not sell or share data with anyone.

4. iCloud backup

The “iCloud backup” option (Settings › iCloud) stores a copy of your data in your private iCloud database, using Apple's CloudKit service, to sync it across your devices and let you recover it if you change iPhone. That data is associated with your Apple Account and the person responsible for the app has no access to it. Processing in iCloud is carried out by Apple under its own privacy policy. You can turn this option off at any time; to delete the copy already stored, use “Delete all data” in Settings.

5. On-device intelligence (AI) and purchases

RutinIA's AI features (create by typing, plan the day and ask about your data) run on your iPhone: what you type does not leave the device and is not used to train any model.

The RutinIA Plus subscription is purchased through Apple (App Store). Apple manages payment, renewal and cancellation under its own terms; we do not receive your card or payment details, only the confirmation that the subscription is active.

6. Legal basis and purpose

Your data is used solely to provide you with the app's service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). iCloud backup is activated by your decision and is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by turning it off.

7. Retention

Your data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. iCloud data is kept until you delete it from the app or from your device's iCloud settings.

8. Your rights

Since the data is in your hands, you can already exercise most of your rights directly from the app:

If you have any question or want to exercise a right (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability), write to roberto_mayalde@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.

9. Children

RutinIA is not directed at children under 14. If you are under that age, use it with the consent and supervision of your parent or guardian.

10. Security

Data is stored in the app's private space on your iPhone, protected by the device's encryption. Syncing with iCloud travels encrypted. We recommend keeping your device protected with a passcode and your Apple Account secured.

11. Changes to this policy

If how data is handled changes, we will update this page and the date above. If the change is significant, we will let you know inside the app.
